At Olympus Pinegrove, pet-friendly living feels practical from the first walk to the last rinse of the day. Let your dog stretch out at the pet play area, then make cleanup easy at the on-site pet spa before heading back to a modern apartment with in-home laundry and patio or balcony options.

Our Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $350 per Pet
- Monthly Pet Rent - $35 per Pet
- Breed Restrictions*: The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
